New Turbocharger Cartridge and intake housing for Golf, Jetta and Beetle TDI with ALH engine. This is all the moving parts of the turbo that normally go bad. 99% of the time the variable nozzles are still working fine.
The variable nozzles and wastegate are available separately, if needed. Pic 1 shows a VNT15 turbo used on the 99-05 TDI engines. The used exhaust manifold/turbo housing and wastegate actuator are not included. Pic 2 shows exactly what you will receive. You will unbolt the defective cartridge (center section) of your turbo and bolt these new parts on. This is an awesome price to repair your VNT15 turbo yourself! Manufactured by an ISO 9001:2000 company. There is a $60 core charge already built into the price. When you send me your old cartridge and intake housing, I will refund you $60.
