Rebuilt Injector Pump for VW ALH TDI engines. This will not work for Golf 3, Jetta 3 or Passat 35i. The ALH TDI engine started in 98 in the Beetle and then in 1999 in the Golf and Jetta. This is not work for the unit injector engines, either.

The TDI pumps are disassembled and the gaskets are replaced. A new 11mm rotor is installed. The feed pump, camplate, rollers, and everything else is inspected. Finally, the electronics are tested on a test stand.

There is a $300 refundable core charge. When I receive your old pump back, I will refund the $300. A 10mm rotor is standard for the manual transmission, 11mm for the auto trans.

The pump is tested on a test stand where the idle is set and the output of the pump is flow matched for all the cylinders.
