Rebuilt Diesel Injector Pump for 1991 - 1992 VW Eco-Diesel Golf and Jetta. This is a turbo pump without the boost aneroid. This pump is for the 59hp engine.
Included in the price is a $150 core charge. When you send me your pump back, I will refund the $150. I need the same kid of pump that you purchase back. That means that if you purchase a 1986-1992 turbo pump, I don't want a 1980 pump as the core.
Sprocket and Fuel Lines Not Included. When I rebuild the pumps I replace all the seals, feed pump, rotor, and anything else that is worn or corroded. The pump is then tested on a test stand.
The pump is tested on a test stand where the idle is set and the output of the pump is flow matched for all the cylinders.
