Rebuilt Injector Pump for VW ALH TDI engines. This rebuilt injector pump is rebuilt using 100% Bosch parts. There are no aftermarket parts used on this pump. Everything from the front hub to the delivery valves on the rear of pump are 100% Bosch made.
The TDI pumps are disassembled and the gaskets are replaced. The feed pump, camplate, rollers, 11mm rotor and everything else are inspected and replaced with 100% Bosch parts, if necessary. Finally, the electronics are tested.
There is a $150 refundable core charge already built into the price. When I receive your old pump back, I will refund the $150. The 11mm pump is for Automatic Transmission Cars, but is also an upgrade for Manual Transmission Cars.
This will not work for Golf 3, Jetta 3 or Passat 35i. The ALH TDI engine started in 98 in the Beetle and then in 1999 in the Golf and Jetta. This is not work for the unit injector engines, either.
This rebuilt pump contains 100% Bosch parts, and an 11mm rotor. It is tested first on an Original Bosch Injector Pump Test Bench, and finally on a VW TDI Engine. There are no chinese or aftermarket parts on this pump.
This Part was manufactured by a factory that is a supplier to a VW Car Factory. This qualifies the part is an OEM Part (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In some cases, this fact might qualify the part as an OES, OE or Genuine VW Part, but this part should not be considered an official Genuine Volkswagen OE Part. The use of the term OEM simply means that the part is manufactured by a company that also manufactures parts used in at least one international Volkswagen car factory. So if a company sells only one part to a VW car factory, but sells 100 different parts to me, all of that company's parts will be labeled as OEM, because all of the parts are made by an Original Equipment Manufacturer.
